None of my transactions are showing in the Admin Console, even though, in Netsuite, the AvaTax tab states that the invoices used AvaTax services and show tax.
- This can happen if you have your Production Netsuite account pointed to your AvaTax Sandbox
- To make sure you're pointed to the Production Admin Console, go to Avalara > Setup >Configure Avalara
- Once there you should see a drop down under SERVICE URL
- Make sure it says production
- If it says development this is the cause of the issue.
- To resolve you can change it to production and input the proper account number and license key to connect.
