After updating to Netsuite OneWorld from Netsuite Basic, the log information in the AvaTax tab on Sales Orders and Sales Invoices is blank. The tax amount and other important data is there, but not the AvaTax call logs.
Those logs are not there due to the migration from Netsuite Basic to Netsuite OneWorld. Any new calls to the AvaTax service will be recorded there as usual. The historical data from those logs in not accessible after migrating though.
