Why am I unable to apply a tax only credit to the invoice of my choosing?

Overview

When trying to choose which invoice we want to apply the credit towards the Apply check box is unchecked each time we hit Calculate or Save.

This event simultaneously is logged in script execution logs:

DEBUG AVA_Transaction_Client CUSTOMDEPLOY_AVACREDITMEMOCLIENT USERNAME AVA_RecalculateLine - Error nlapiGetNewRecord is not defined

If we select AutoApply instead and save it does apply.


However if we try to make a change and save after the fact the Credit memo is then stuck as open.

Netsuite OneWorld

Resolution

  • This issue was fixed in the 4.7.4 release of the integration.

  • Please be sure you're on the latest version of the bundle to avoid this issue.
