Why am I receiving a 404 error when trying to use the CertCapture buttons in Netsuite?

I'm receiving errors when trying to use the CertCapture buttons within the customer record while in Netsuite:

Resolution

  • If you receive this error within Netsuite when trying to use the CertCapture buttons it means the proxy that is required for this functionality to work is not in place. Please submit a case to Support.
