Why am I receiving a 404 error when trying to use the CertCapture buttons in Netsuite?

I'm receiving errors when trying to use the CertCapture buttons within the customer record while in Netsuite:

Resolution

  • If you receive this error within Netsuite when trying to use the CertCapture buttons it means the proxy that is required for this functionality to work is not in place.

  • Please email support@avalara.com with a screenshot of the error and ask for our CertCapture team to check on your account's proxy.
