When I validate an address in NetSuite it blanks out on save, why?

Overview

When I validate any address on an order in NetSuite, when I click save the address and phone number field blanks out.

Environment

NetSuite

Resolution

  • Upgrade to the latest AvaTax bundle.
  • Be sure the customer is set to taxable and the tax item is set to AVATAX, this will fix this issue.
