We just refreshed our Production NetSuite over to Sandbox and AvaTax is not working?

Overview

We just processed a refresh from out Produciton NetSuite over to Sandbos Netsuite and now AvaTax is not working.

Environment

NetSuite Sandbox

Resolution

  • Navigate to the AvaTax Tab -> Setup -> Configure AvaTax
  • Change Account Key to your Development Account Number
  • Change License Key to your Development License Key
  • Change Service URL to 'Development' 
  • Enter Development Username & Password
  • Click Validate
