How can I refresh a batch in Netsuite that is stuck?

Overview

You have batches in Netsuite that are stuck.

Environment

Netsuite

Resolution

  • Navigate to Customization> Lists,Records & Fields> Record Types
    • Click on List for AVARECONCILEBATCH record.
  • Edit the batch which is stuck in queue.
    • Make Batch Status & Batch Phase display "2" and Batch Progress as "100%".
    • Save the record.
  • Refresh the Reconciliation batch page and delete the batch.
