Why is my import using an excel file with more than one sheet not working?


You are trying to import either into CertCapture or your Admin Console using an import template that has more than one sheet and your import is failing


Admin Console



  • CertCapture will only import a single active worksheet at 1 time.  Please be sure that all of the data you want to import is in a single active worksheet.  If you are trying to import 2 sheets, combine the data into 1 sheet, save the document and retry the import
