Why does nothing happen after clicking 'Validate' in the Avalara configuration in NetSuite?


You are configuring AvaTax for NetSuite. When you click 'Validate' nothing happens after entering all the required credentials.

  • The reason you can't configure AvaTax for NetSuite is due to an inactive subscription for Avalara AvaTax .
  • To check subscription, log into the Admin Console then click on 'Transactions' tab.  If you get an error 'You may not have an active subscription', please contact your Account Manager.
