You are configuring AvaTax for NetSuite. When you click 'Validate' nothing happens after entering all the required credentials.
- The reason you can't configure AvaTax for NetSuite is due to an inactive subscription for Avalara AvaTax .
- To check subscription, log into the Admin Console then click on 'Transactions' tab. If you get an error 'You may not have an active subscription', please contact your Account Manager.
