Why are changes to my transactions not saving in the admin console?


You are making changes to transactions in the admin console, you get a message that says the change was made successfully but the transaction looks unchanged.

  • This issue is generally caused by updates being behind.

  • We expect those changes to appear in the admin console no later than 1 hour after the changes were made.

  • If this does not happen, please contact support.
