I changed my default bank account on the My Account tab on the admin console but I still see funds pulling from an old account, why is that?
You changed your default bank account but were still seeing funds withdrawn from the incorrect one. This is because there are 2 separate departments pulling funds - one is for your Avalara invoices and one is the Sales tax liabilty. Changing the account on the My Account tab only changes the bank for your Avalara Service invoices. You would need to fill out the returns funding POA to get the Sales tax liability changed to a different account.
