How do I resolve "Imports into Brazil are not supported"


When attempting to process a transaction for Brazil it results in the error message "Imports into Brazil are not supported"




  • This is a result of not being configured in Avalara for Brazil please speak to your Customer Account Manager to enable to Brazil Module.
  • You can import or manually add transactions for Brazil to the Admin Console outside of AvaTax in your ERP.
