Customers with exemption certificates in CertCapture are being charged Sales Tax on invoices.
- In your accounting system verify that the invoice date falls within the effective range on the certificate
- In the Admin Console verify there is an exemption certificate on file for same customer code as on the invoice
- In the Admin Console navigate to the Organization Tab > Exemptions and use the given search parameters to locate whether or not Exemption Exists for given Customer Code
- In the Admin Console navigate to the Organization Tab > Exemptions and verify that Last Updated was after the time of the invoice calculation
