You see a certificate shows as Revoked in the admin console. but the certificate in CertCapture is active, you want to know how to update it.
- You will see an Active and a Revoked record in the admin console if a change was made to an Applied certificate
- We Revoke the Applied record to preserve the data, and then upload a new Active certificate with the changes made
- To change Revoked Status, go to the certificate in CertCapture and click Queue API Resend
- Go to the History tab on the certificate to confirm the send was Successful, or if there was any issue
