You are trying to calculate tax for a customer whose address is not registered with USPS, so it will not validate. You looked up their Lat/Long coordinates and added them to the address, but still cannot calculate tax because an invalid address error appears.
- When you use latitude and longitude coordinates to calculate tax you must leave all other address fields blank.
- Do not fill in Line 1, City, State, Zip, Country, or any other fields in the normal address record
- Latitude and Longitude will return tax results only if the coordinates result in a pinpointed location in the continental US, Alaska or Hawaii
- Lat/Long is not supported for any locations outside of US states
