Why does the liability worksheet not reflect the current transaction data after rebuilding?


You added or removed transactions or entered a adjustment to the liability worksheet. After rebuilding the data has not updated to reflect the changes.


Avalara Returns


  • If it is close to the 10th, the liability worksheet rebuilds may be behind due to the amount of traffic
    • Please wait for the liability worksheet to rebuild or call into Support to confirm the rebuilds are behind
  • Also review the transactions you updated
    • Make sure they are Committed
    • In the current period
    • The destination address(es) is for the state jurisdiction(s) you are expecting
