Why am I unable to edit a transaction on the Admin console?


When editing a transaction on the admin console, it appears to edit but will not save.




If an item description contains html text, the admin console can not accept it during a save. It can be put there initially, but once there, it can not be edited while the description contains html. To resolve it, simple edit the transaction, edit each line that contains html and remove the html code before attempting to resave. Once the text is removed, save the line, then save the document as committed or uncommitted as needed.  You will then be able to edit it once again and make the  desired changes
