Why I am getting the error "Unable to generate preview images for one or more pages"?

Overview

You are uploading certificates into CertCapture and receive the error, "Error uploading stack. Unable to generate preview images for one or more pages."

Resolution

  • To fix this issue the following steps must be completed:
    • Please print the certificate
    • Scan the new certificate back into the computer
    • Upload the certificate again
