Who do I contact to have changes made to our company contact information?


We have made some personell changes internally and need to let Avalara know.

  • Please either submit a case to Support with the contact change information or contact your Customer Account Manager.
  • You can find who that is by logging into the admin console and looking at the bottom right hand corner of the home tab.
  • Include the following:
  • Name
  • Email address
  • Title
  • Phone number and extension if applicable
