How do I fix a cancelled invoice with a blank result?


When you look at invoices in a bill run you created in Zuora, invoices have been canceled. You have reviewed the result and error file in the Avalara AvaTax Admin Console and where there would normally be tax details, the cells are blank.




  • Correct the destination address, if a correct address is not possible to obtain:
    • Use "General Delivery" or
    • Remove the street address, use only the city, state, and zip code
  • Once you have corrected the address, re-process the bill run invoices
