How can I troubleshoot failed API calls to the admin console from CertCapture?


There are certificates on your failed API call report and you want to know how to get them out of there.

  • Go to each Cert that is throwing an API error and click on the History tab.
  • In the failed API message it will tell you what is wrong that is causing the failure to happen.
  • After fixing what Avalara CertCapture has determined is wrong with the cert save and you should see it push over to the admin console after hitting Queue API Resend if the next message for your API is success.
  • It will then drop off your Failed API call report.
