How can I see the status of my support cases?


You want to see the status of your requests for assistance with Avalara Support.




  • Log in to the Admin Console.
  • At the bottom of any page under Support, click View Support Cases.
    • All support cases are listed here by date opened. You can filter by Status, Date range, or search for a particular Case Number.
    • This doesn't include notice cases as notices are available in the Tax Notices section of the Tax Returns tab.
