You have a customer who has only provided you with lat/long for their address and would like to know if you can use AvaTax for their invoices.
Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- In NAV, find the customer record and go to edit the ship to address
- Once you have created the lat/long record, you are able to create another ship to record/code using a full address or another lat/long coordinate.
- This will have to be done, if you plan on using Entity Use Codes. As AvaTax is not able to assign Entity Use Codes to lat/long records.
- For more information on using lat/long in Dynamics Nav, please review this article.
Note: You can NOT validate lat/long coordinates. Doing so will produce errors.
