Why are transactions in NAV missing from the admin console?


When reconciling our GL in NAV vs Avalara we noticed there are missing invoices and Credits on the admin console

  • Locate the invoice in question in NAV
  • Go to the Invoicing Tab
  • Add Avatax to the Tax Area Code


If the area tax code isn't set to AVATAX it will not utilize our services and not show up in the Avalara admin console
