Why does the batch address validation utility in GP stop after a few addresses?


When you use the batch address validation utility in GP it only process a few customer records and then says it is incomplete while there are still thousands of customers left to validate.

  • You must enable it to validate in for all variations of the US and Canada country names as they are entered on your address records:
    • Go to  Tools > Setup > System > Avatax > Configuration Address Validation Settings > allow all variations of US, United States, USA, Canada, CA, CAN, etc. to be validated
  • Run batch address Validation again
