When logging into Dynamics GP, you receive the following message:
"Avatax is not installed/upgraded on this company. You must login as 'sa' to perform this process!"

- This error can happen when you have multiple versions of AvaTax installed
- Please find out which user has the most updated version of AvaTax or pull the most recent AvaTax connector from the Admin Console
- Update all users that are not on the latest version of AvaTax
- Make sure all users are out of GP before running the AvaTax installer
