Why am I receiving API time outs with Magento?

I'm seeing API time out errors with Magento and Avatax.

Resolution

If you are experiencing time outs with your API requests please check your network connection and see if the behavior is reproducible.

 

If this is not the case please submit a case to Avalara Support asking for assistance in measuring the response times that API requests spend in our servers.
