Why can't I log in to CertCapture?

Overview

When trying to login it gives me the error "Login failed. Please enter a valid username and password."

Environment

Avalara CertCapture

Resolution

  • On App.CertCapture.Com
    • Click Lost Password?
  • An email will be sent to the e-mail for your username, when it arrived follow the link     
  • Create a new password that fits the criteria for passwords in CertCapture     
  • Log in using your new password.

 

Note: You may not be a user on the CertCapture account. Please reach out to an Admin User at your company to get access to CertCapture.
