You can't sign into CertCapture, and receive the following: "Login failed. Please enter a valid username and password."
- Go to https://app.certcapture.com/ and enter your email address, and then click Next
- Click Lost Password?
- Enter your username and email address, and then click Reset My Password
- An email will be sent to the email address you supplied. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password
If you are not currently a CertCapture user, contact your account administrator.
