Why am I getting an error when trying to post a new invoice with Intacct?

Overview

I am getting an error that the transaction has already been committed in Avalara even though I can't find it in the admin console.

Environment

Avalara Avatax
Intacct

Resolution

In the event that you need to push a transaction through that has already been committed you can temporarily uncommit the transaction. 

Click Transactions Tab 
Find the transaction 
Click the docCode 
Click Edit 
Choose an adjustment reason 
Save as Uncommitted.

 

Now you should be able to post the transaction through Intacct.
