Why isn't my item mapping to a tax code during an import?

Overview

I have an item code mapped to a tax code, but the selected tax code isn't applying to the item during an import.

Avalara Avatax

Resolution

  • Please check to see if the item code in the import matches exactly to what is in the Admin Console. 
    • This includes the correct spelling, special characters used, and spaces.
