Why is my filing calendar still in pending approval status?

Overview

I submitted my new filing calendar over a week ago and it is still pending approval, should I be concerned?

Resolution

  • If you have submitted your new calendar around the time we are in our filing cycle (typically the last 2 weeks of the month), then the approval process can take longer than normal, as our returns team are busier than in the first part of the month.

  • You should expect to see the new calendar approved by the end of the month.

    • If you do not see the Pending Filing Calendar move to Active Filing Calendars by the 5th of the next month, please call into Technical Support at (877)780-4848
