Why are we getting errors in QuickBooks Online stating that someone else is working on this invoice at the same time?


It appears that after we installed the Avatax app into QuickBooks online we receive errors intermittently stating that other employees are working on the same invoice I am when I try to make changes.

  •  The concurrency error you're seeing in QBO stating that another person is working on what you are is not due to the Avalara integration. We know this because the API we are given to work with has absolutely no hooks into the mechanism that would trigger that error. This tells us it's solely on the QBO side of things. Please follow up with Intuit on that matter.
