Why am I getting a "Country not supported" error when validating an address in AvaTax?


When trying to validate an international address, I am receiving an error back of "Country Not Supported"

  • This error is returned by the system when an address validation attempt is made on an international Address.
  • Only US and Canadian addresses can be validated at this time
