Why am I getting SSS USAGE LIMIT EXCEEDED error in Netsuite?


You are receiving the error "SSS USAGE LIMIT EXCEEDED" in NetSuite, and would like to know why.




  • This error message triggers when a record has more information on it than Netsuite will currently allow third party scripts to process.
  • The processing limit is 1000 'processing units', meaning that complicated invoices with over 300 lines can cause issues, and any customer with over 1000 ship to records will trigger the error as well.
    • Potential resolutions include reducing the number of lines on your transaction or reducing the number of ship to records on your customer record. If this doesn't work, please submit a case to Avalara Support.
