Netsuite - NL API Get New Record error message


NL API GET NEW RECORD in netsuite for US company. They have a US subsidiary and a European subsidiary. The American one uses Netsuite while the Euro one does not. The error only happens when using the Euro company and saving sales orders. Tax code is blank for Euro company.


NetSuite Basic or OneWorld


Created sales order and error message appears when using custom form. Switched form to standard form and we were able to save the sales order. Custom form seemed to cause the issue.
