Login Error: Important notice, Could Not Determine Application Access! in CertCapture
Overview
When attempting to log into his CertCapture account I following message... Login Error: Important notice, Could Not Determine Application Access! and then I am "kicked out"
Environment
Avalara CertCapture
Resolution
- That account is not currently attached to a company.
- You will need to contact an Admin for the account.
- The admin user can go to the Account Settings > Manage Users.
- There they can find your account and use the "Assign Companies" option
