You are calculating tax on the error list and the error "Tax data was not yet saved to the transaction" appeared, but you could not click Edit Transaction.
This error indicates the transaction was not saved.
- Ensure the "Tax Item" on the customer record (Sales Tax Settings) is set to "AVATAX".
- Open the transaction through the Customer Record (outside of the error list) and Save it to resolve this issue.
- If viewing the "View Pending Transaction" screen (File > AvaTax > Utilities), select the transaction then click "Recalculate" or "Calculate All".
