How do I resolve the error: The certificate customer is not associated to a country in CertCapture?
Overview
When I look at the history of the certificate, it shows API call initiated for certificate: Failure. Received response: The certificate customer(*****) is not associated to a country.
Environment
Avalara CertCapture
Resolution
- The Certificate was indicating that the country was missing from the customer.
- Pull up the Customer record
- Details tab > Edit
- Update Customer record to include the appropriate country
- Queue API Resend on the certificate
