How do I resolve CityError in AvaTax


When attempting to calculate tax it results in the error message "CityError"




  • This error is usually result of an issue with the address on file please check the customer's and your company's address to confirm that the information is correct
  • If you are unable to determine the address having issue please submit a case to Support.
