How do I resolve 'Validate' button not responding in AvaTax configuration in NetSuite?
Overview
You are clicking 'Validate' button in the AvaTax configuration in NetSuite but no response.

Resolution
- Your AvaTax Sandbox or AvaTax Production account has expired. Contact your Account Manager to reactivate your subscription.
- To check the status of your subscription. Log into your AvaTax Update account and click 'Transactions' tab.
- Active accounts are able to view transactions within AvaTax Update.
- Inactive accounts will receive a subscription status message.
