How do I resolve 'The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden' in Concur Invoice?


You are reviewing the Activity Logs in AvaTax for Concur Invoice and see an error "The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden" 


Concur Invoice  


  • This issue is related to Concur Access token.
  •  Follow below steps to resolve the issue:

    • Login to Connector web application (

    • Go to 'Concur Account' tab 

    • Re-enter valid Concur Username and Password details and Save.

  • Recheck if tax is getting calculated
