Error when attempting to request exemption from NetSuite interface.
From NetSuite click on
- Add Customer to CertCapture
- Then on Request Exemption
Receive error: Exemption Certificate workflow request cannot be initiated because communication mode is missing.
Explained to customer that they will need to select the communication mode by clicking on the selection at the lower portion of their screen at the point where they receive this message.
Customer was able to locate the link to click and where to enter the email address to complete this task.
