Why is my excel version of a customer search stuck in processing status in Cert Capture?


 I have tried to download an excel version of a customer search for 3 days in a row, and each time, the report just stays in Processing status.

Currently / and - type of characters will intermittently cause these reports to be stuck in processing.

Please do not use any kind of non alpha numeric symbol in the title of your excel file to avoid this issue.
