You have not yet received the report from the datafeed of your CertCapture exemptions and you would like to know why and how this issue can be prevented in future.
- It is likely that the report was produced and sent however your mail server rejected it because the file size was too large.
- We can create an account on the datafeed server so you can pick the files up and not be subject to the size limitations of email. Please submit a case to Support.
