You created a user and provided Admin-level access, but the user can't see the Global Admin tab, or add new users. You want to know how to correct this issue and avoid it in future.
- Go to Global Admin
- Pull up the user
- Click Edit
- Change their User Role to Admin User
- Click Update User
Note: Any user who isn't set with Admin access on their user profile will not have the Global Admin tab show in their view. To ensure no Admin user has this issue, please create their profile as an Admin user and then update their company access as needed.
