Why are certificates in Pending status not editable?

Overview

You are attempting to edit a pending certificate but the system does not show an Edit link.

Avalara CertCapture

Resolution

  • Pending certificates are not editable, you must upload the image again
  • You can delete unneeded certificates by searching for them by certificate ID and selecting Perform Action on Results > Delete
