You want to know why your bulk import of customer data isn't showing up.
- Remove any special characters from the import file name
- Use our import template located in our CertCapture toolkit
- It is OK to remove columns if you are not importing that particular data for your customers (phone number, for example) but you must not change the text within the column headers you leave in
- If you alter any text in the spreadsheet’s header (top) lines, you cannot import the spreadsheet into CertCapture.
