OverviewWhen completing a document request in CertExpress, you don't have the option to upload a copy of your document.
To reduce document errors, CertExpress guides users through the fields of a document one by one. A setting in CertCapture controls whether or not you can upload a file instead of filling out fields.
To allow file uploads, an administrator of the CertCapture account that sent the original request must change the following setting in CertCapture:
- Go to Settings > Company Settings > Company Details > CertExpress Settings > Disable Upload from Fillable Forms
- The default value of this setting is yes. Set it to no to restore the Import a copy of your document button to the CertExpress workflow
