How do I update the certificates in the Admin Console after I change their change their customer's customer ID?


You edited a customer ID in CertCapture but did not see the change post to AvaTax in the Admin Console and you want to know how to update this.

  •  When you change information on a customer record you must resend their certificates to the Admin Console to transfer the updated customer data.
  • Go to Search > Certificate Search > Search by Customer Numbers​ > Click Perform Action On Results > Bulk API Resend
